A MOLLUSCA é um prato de aparência orgânica semelhante a uma concha,a forma ondulada espelha o mar e remete para a origem da sua concepção. Foi pensada e desenhada para servir amêijoas ou outro tipo de bivalves mantendo quente o molho que destes resulta.
O desafio no desenvolvimento desta peça foi conseguir um objecto de forte aparência estética que simultaneamente cumprisse as funções para o qual foi pensado; é composta por duas concavidades, uma para conter os bivalves e outra para as conchas, estando a primeira assente no depósito para a água quente permitindo manter a temperatura dos alimentos.

The MOLLUSCA is a dish of organic appearance similar to a shell, the wavy shape mirrors the sea and refers to the origin of its conception. It was thought and designed to serve clams or other types of shellfish while keeping warm the resulting sauce. The challenge in developing this piece was to achieve an object of strong aesthetic appearance that simultaneously fulfilled the functions for which it was designed, is composed of two concavities, one to contain the clams and the other for the shells, being the first seated in the deposit for hot water to maintain the temperature of food.
